Assign Outer Template to the Website
Use this procedure to assign an outer template to the Website.
To assign an outer template to the Website
- Make sure that you are logged in to siteAddress/tqtag, as described in Log in to tqTag Site Manager.
- If the Languages and Categories navigation panel is not displayed, click
. - In the navigation panel, do the relevant of the following:
- If the Language that you defined in Define Website Language is the Category immediately above the Website, click that Language.
- Otherwise, click the Category that is immediately above all of the sub-Categories within the Website.
- On the Content Items page, click Category Settings.
- On the parallel topics toolbar, click Template Selection.
- On the Template Selection Page, in the Use Template For list, select Outer template.
- Do one or both of the following:
- Select one or more template groups.
- In the Search box, type one or more letters from the template name.
- Following a successful search, click the button above the template that you need, and then confirm the monthly charge.
Where to Go From Here
After you create a Website Home page, on the Category Settings page of the Language or Category to which you assigned the outer template do the following:
- In the Redirect To box, do one of the following:
- Click
and then in the Redirect To list, select the Home page Category. - Paste the virtual path of the Home page.
- Click
- Click Save.
