Pre-Requirements knowledge: content tqtag and tooltips module to be enabled in the customer license
Description: Define how tooltips over known expressions will be shown (like the javascript onmouseover, onmouseout etc.)
This tqoption is used inside the content tqtag with pageMainContent property set.
