Use these guidelnes towards your intial contact with a client for whom you will be building a new Website under tqTag Web Suite.
- Discuss the target audience for the Website.
- Discuss the functionality needed for the Website. Make sure that you are familiar with the following:
- Options available through tqTags (See tqTag Reference.)
- Modules available in tqTag Site Manager (See Module Reference.)
- Ask your client to show you Websites that are similar in functionality, look, and feel to what the client has in mind.
- Show your client some similar sites built under tqTag Web Suite. If the client is interested, explain the option of basing a new Website on existing templates.
- Explain the importance of deciding on and registering a domain at this point.
