Although
Customer Community site-based messaging was supported from tqTag Site Manager 1.1, features added for version 1.2 bring it to state-of-the-art functionality. The following features are implemented automatically:
- Code improvements give quicker response to user actions.
- After the user reads a message, it is automatically marked as read.
Customers (registered users) can use the following features:
- Create multiple folders in addition to the Inbox
- Move messages from one folder to another
- Mark messages with stars
- Within any message folder, sort messages by subject, sender and so forth
