Setting tqAdmin Permissions
(for a tqAdmin with Authorization permissions) Use this procedure to set or change permissions for a tqAdmin.
Before You Begin
Perform one of the following procedures:
To set tqAdmin permissions
- On the Authorization page, in the row of the tqAdmin for whom you are setting permissions, under Language/Category Authorization, click

- On the Language/Category Authorization page, to clone the permissions of another tqAdmin, in the Clone Permissions Of list, select the source tqAdmin.
- In the Editor/Writer list, select the appropriate value.
- (skip if cloning) For each Language or Category, do one of the following:
- To enable content updating for all of the sub-categories, select the upper-level check box.
- To enable content updating for some of the sub-categories, do not click the upper-level check box. Instead, select appropriate lower-level check boxes.
- To disable content updating for that Language or Category, do not select any check boxes for that Category.
- Click Save.
- To set permissions for Module Groups and Modules supported for your website, do the following:
- On the Authorization page, in the row of the tqAdmin for whom you are setting permissions, under Permissions click

- To enable fine-tuning of Permissions, click Advanced.
- For each Module Group or Module, do one of the following:
- To enable permissions for all included objects, select the upper-level check box.
- To enable permissions for some of the included objects, do not click the upper-level check box. Instead, select appropriate lower-level check boxes.
- To disable permissions for that Module Group or Module, do not select any check boxes.
- For each Module Group, Module, or included objects for which you selected the check box, do one of the following:
- Under Read, Insert, Update, and Delete, select the appropriate permissions.
- Under Permissions, type one of more of the following letters:
- r (read)
- i (insert)
- u (update)
- d (delete)
- a (all)
- Click Save.
